2010 Personal Stategy: My Coldwell Banker Gold Coast Office had 300% more business in January 2010 than in January of 2009! Therefore I am very hopeful for 2010, but just as last year we have an environment of more restrictive loan requirements and mortgage acquisition rules. As an experienced, high-end broker I remain poised to bring my clients through the rough waters around us.
My Real Estate experience and extensive Financial Industry experience will best position clients for success. A broad range of resources will be leveraged to help, from high level relationships with the President of Coldwell Banker's owner, NRT, the President of the local Coldwell Banker Region, and the owners of other brokerage firms, down to skilled Coldwell Banker marketing specialists and external professionals like photographers and designers and professional writers.
My Client Interaction team will be direct and small, allowing me to deliver personal, one-on-one service to my clients. Other types of work will be outsourced where needed to other skilled professionals. We'll be nimble and focused, communicating directly with clients and responding quickly to what the marketplace is telling us.
