About Melinda

"My clients always come first." For the past 14 years, Melinda has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Senior Sales Associate in the Gold Coast. During this time she has enjoyed steadily increasing success, working primarily in the residential marketplace. She has even established herself as one of the city's top producing agents, having sold over $310 million in sales to date. Melinda has been admitted to the President's Premier Club, the highest level of recognition at Coldwell Banker, an honor reserved for the top one percent of associates nationally.  Melinda has also been admitted to the Internationally Elite Division on Coldwell Banker which is reserved to the top 2% of agents worldwide. As a native Chicagoan, Melinda prides herself on her knowledge of the Chicago real estate market.

Melinda has worked closely with architects and developers to provide up to the minute input on market trends for Mariano's Market Hall, City Club and 420 W. Ontario for which she was the exclusive listing agent as well as being a listing agent for Wabash Station and Kingsbury Estates development. She is currently working on the CA23 project located in the West Loop.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Melinda worked twelve years in securities and investment banking with leading companies such as The Chicago Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Alex Brown & Sons.

Melinda received her B.S. in Finance from Northwestern University. She also serves as a member on the Woman's Board of the Joffrey Ballet.
